Questions of Faith
  • I’ve been away from the church for a long time. Can I come back? How do I do that?
Welcome back!  No matter how long you’ve been away from the church, Jesus rejoices at your return and so do we!  We recommend that you call to make an appointment with a parish priest to discuss any concerns or questions you might have.  Know that you will be met with compassion and in complete confidence.
To make an appointment, call the parish office at (540-454-6381).
  • How do I learn more about becoming Catholic?
The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) is a program designed to educate persons interested in joining the Catholic Church.  At St. Francis de Sales, interested adults can join the group at any time to learn more about the faith and the process of becoming Catholic. To learn more, please visit our OCIA page.
