MAC-PAC – Pen Pals with Seniors
October 16, 2022 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm EDT
This Sunday, 10/16, from 6:30-8:00pm, middle schoolers and high schoolers are invited to the gym for Pen Pal Sunday where we’ll initiate relationships with local senior citizens through letter-writing. This event is for mature individuals who commit to writing sincere, heartfelt letters to their pen pal on a bi-monthly basis. The evening will consist of decorating and writing letters, pizza, prayer, and fellowship. Please RSVP.
This is NOT a typical MAC-PAC Sunday– no games and no open gym time- and it might not be for everyone. For this reason, we ask that only those serious about making the above commitment attend. We love ALL our middle-schoolers, so if this isn’t a good fit for your child, another service initiative is coming soon, and MAC-PAC Sunday will resume on 11/20/22!
